- March 5th 2010 EMFText 1.2.3 is available from our update site. This is a bugfix release. For details please consult the Release Notes. We strongly recommend to update.

- February 20th 2010 EMFText 1.2.2 is available from our update site. This is a mainly a bugfix release, but it does also cover four new languages. For details please consult the Release Notes. We strongly recommend to update.
- February 9th 2010 Bernhard Merkle will present a comparision of EMFText and other tools for textual syntax specification at EclipseCon 2010.
- December 11th 2009 EMFText 1.2.1 is available from our update site. This is a maintenance release which fixes several bugs (most of them connected to code completion). We strongly recommend to update.
- August 19th 2009 eJava - a JaMoPP-based language to specify the behaviour of EOperations with Java statements on the modelling level is available from SVN.
- July 27th 2009 Issue 05/2009 of the german Eclipse Magazin covers an article about EMFText.
- July 20th 2009 EMFText 1.1.2 is available from our update site. This is a maintanance release that fixes a problem caused by one of the Teneo Plug-ins in the Eclipse Galileo Modeling Bundle. We strongly recommed to update.
- July 16th 2009 One of the Teneo Plug-ins in the Eclipse Galileo Modeling Bundle is wrongly bundled (classes are missing). As a result, EMFText 1.1.1 does not work with this Bundle. A fix is currently available from the SVN and will be available from the Update Site by July 20th.
- June 4th 2009 The syntax for KM3 (Kernel Meta Meta Model) is available from our update site.
- June 4th 2009 EMFText 1.1.1 is available from our update site. This is a maintanance release that fixes a problem in the HUTN syntax generator. We strongly recommed to update.
- May 29th 2009 EMFText 1.1.0 is available from our update site. This release comes with new features and many new example languages. Among them is Java 5 together will a full metamodel of the language and a complete syntax specification. Please regenerate the text resource plug-ins for your languages after updating to version 1.1.0.
- May 7th 2009 EMFText was accepted for presentation at the tools track of the European Conference on Model-Driven Architecture Foundations and Applications 2009 in Twente (Netherlands).
- April 24th 2009 EMFText was presented at the Department of Computer Science as part of Output Tag 2009. People could insert coins and the DSL-O-MAT (which was Jendrik using EMFText) built a DSL for them. We have built 5 Languages in one afternoon and received 1,56 symbolic euros.
- March 17th 2009 EMFText 1.0.1 is available from our update site. This is a maintanance release that fixes some problems caused by invalid generator models. We strongly recommed to update.
