OSGi manifest files

OSGi manifest files are used to describe the dependencies and requirements for OSGi bundels (e.g., Eclipse plug-ins). The syntax definition for these files has been provided by the University of Koblenz, in particular by Mark Schneider. Later on, the syntax has been refined by Jan Reimann.
